Boot Camp is offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 pm at Burr Strength and Conditioning.  This is a high intensity workout that uses a combination of Muay Thai training techniques push your cardio and give you a total body strengthening workout.

A free trial session that gives an introduction to kickboxing will help you be ready to get started in boot camp.

There are 15 stations.  2 minutes each.  You find your highest sustainable pace, then Jenny helps you push that pace.  As you progress, modifications are made to continually challenge your body and create muscle confusion that forces your body to adapt and get stronger.

This is an awesome cardio workout, burning up to 900 calories in an hour.  It is also one of the best stress relievers you will find.
